Communicating with your Walker
After booking a walk with a Walker, it is important to chat with your Walker. Once your Walker has accepted the walk, it's nice to be able to communicate on where exactly to meet, verify the starting address, and the Walkers or Clients ETA. To communicate with your Walker, use the mobile app messaging feature.
Mobile App Chat
To message your Walker on the app, open the app, and then press the message button on the bottom of the home screen. Choose the Walkers profile on the screen, and begin to chat with your Walker.
For privacy reasons, our system requires that a walk is booked in order to message and communicate with your Walker. You will not be able to chat with your Walker prior to booking a walk. You can always talk to your Walker before the walk starts.
We recommend taking the time to check your Walker's profile, read reviews left by Clients, and look over their hourly rates to determine the best match for your walk request. Once you have hired a Walker, you will be able to send them a message directly through the mobile app.
